Support
For account, purchase, PDF conversion, or library-installation help, email [email protected]. Include the job identifier shown in the app, but do not email passwords, Apple credentials, or confidential source PDFs.
Purchases are processed by Apple. If credits do not appear after a completed purchase, keep the transaction in the app so it can be verified safely and contact support. You can delete your cloud account from Your Profile in the app.
For best extraction quality, upload a complete, readable PDF that you own or are authorized to process. Scanned mathematics and chemistry are supported, but damaged or unclear pages may be rejected and credited back rather than delivered inaccurately.
Privacy Policy
Effective 22 August 2026. Teacher’s app collects only the data needed to authenticate your account, process purchases, convert files you request, deliver libraries, prevent abuse, provide support, and operate the service.
Data we process
- Account identifiers and, when Apple supplies them, your name and email address.
- Apple purchase and transaction information needed to grant page credits.
- PDFs and other user content you choose to upload, along with extraction jobs and the resulting library files.
- Operational records needed for security, delivery integrity, refunds, and troubleshooting.
How data is used and shared
Uploaded content is shared only with infrastructure and extraction providers needed to perform the conversion, which may include Cloudflare, Mathpix, Apple, and configured AI-processing providers. We do not sell personal data, use third-party advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
Retention and control
Source PDFs are retained only for the limited processing and verification period configured by the service, then removed automatically. Account and purchase-ledger records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal obligations. Delivered libraries can remain on your devices. You can request deletion of your cloud profile and associated job data from Your Profile in the app.
Security and contact
Teacher’s app uses Sign in with Apple, encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side transaction verification, and account-bound library packages. No system can guarantee absolute security. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Service Terms
Use Teacher’s app only with material you own or are authorized to process. You remain responsible for the content you upload and for complying with copyright, publisher, school, and privacy obligations.
Page credits are consumable purchases processed by Apple. One credit authorizes processing of one PDF page. A job that cannot pass the service’s automatic extraction and source-comparison checks should not be delivered as complete; applicable credits are returned to the account according to the in-app workflow.
Teacher’s app is an organization and authoring tool, not a guarantee that source material is correct. Review generated teaching material before relying on it in high-stakes instruction or assessment.
Distribution of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
